Update!!  Well I got java loaded. got Minecraft to run...but Only the latest version.  I thought I would purchase a Realm so we could at least play together, but my account has old email and I can't remember my security questions.  In order to update my email I need to answer questions.  In order to update questions they have to send me an email...to my old email address.  I sent a request for help to Mojang.  And I will keep working on getting Last Home server updated.  It still works under older version. I logged in last night and killed a few creepers.

MC still around?

I got my new computer this weekend.  Now I am home and I hope to spend today getting the data transferred and up and running.  Keep your fingers crossed!

I was not able to update using the usb.  My computer started to overheat.  I am planning on getting a new laptop-hopefully next month...which starts tomorrow.  LoL  It seems that the company that has the server doesnt respond to customer service anymore :(  They are still up and running, you just cant get any help.  If we need to move to a different provider I will let you know.

Aww no! What's wrong? (and don't worry about updating the server in a hurry! The only thing I would do is avoid exploring the world in long distances. Once the server is updated we'll want to benefit from those new features!)

still waiting for the usb drive.  Ill do the server upgrade then check out the dyno map.

OK sounds great! I did some research on the dynmap, and it looks like you have to have either a bukkit, modded forge, or spigot server. If you know how to use and install plugins, it shouldn't be too hard to create a live map for this server.

I found a dealer who sells upgrades on usb drives.  I have ordered one and should have it in a few days.  Then I will resume my task of updating the server

It is going to be awhile before I can play the new update.  I need Java 8 and I cannot load it without updating my OS.  I tried to do it and my internet is too slow.  You cannot buy a disk, you have to go to the nearest apple store...which is 200 miles away.  I will keep working on this.
